Robert Schafer was born on 24 Feb 1973 in Albstadt, Germany. The second youngest out of five children, his parents managed their own cleaning company since 1976. Still today they run their company and can boast many long term business to business relationships with many of their customers.
Robert grew up with this philosophy and has applied it to his own Galacticserv's customers.
Before moving to London Robert finished at commercial college and did 3 years training to become a trade merchant
and wholesaler. After that he completed 2 years training to become a professional cleaner. To gain experience in the cleaning industry, Robert has worked at the following major firms:
DUSSMANN FACILITY SERVICE, TAEUBER GmbH, BOGDOL SERVICE , S-PRO SERVICE
In 2003 Robert completed his cleaning/hygiene master course at the CHAMBER OF HANDIKRAFTS
and the FIGR-LUTZ INSTITUTE FOR INDUSTRIAL CLEANING (this is the best private college in
Germany). Robert moved to London in 2003 as a MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT for a large UK cleaning company. On April 1st 2004, Robert founded the GALACTiCSERV company. |
